COVID-19 IMPACT ON ORDER SHIPPING

DELIVERY

We are able to process and dispatch all of our customers' orders within our normal timescales, and we dispatch daily, Monday - Friday. Standard & Express Class shipping orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same working day, and we will endeavour to dispatch Expedited orders received before 3pm the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm (Standard/First Class) and 2pm (Expedited) on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

PLEASE NOTE, HOWEVER, THAT THE COVID-19 CRISIS IS HAVING A SIGNIFICANT IMPACT ON ROYAL MAIL DELIVERY TIMESCALES.

ROYAL MAIL 1ST & 2ND (FREE STANDARD) DELIVERY: These services are still being provided by Royal Mail, but significant delays are reported in transit time through the Royal Mail network. You most likely will not receive your package within the expected timeframe, so we ask for and appreciate your patience if delivery takes longer than expected.

ROYAL MAIL EXPEDITED SPECIAL DELIVERY:  RM have advised that they cannot currently guarantee delivery by 1pm next day for this service, although Special Delivery items will still be prioritised and should arrive by end of next working day.  In some instances it may take longer for delivery, and more remote areas/the Islands will also not receive Special Delivery items the next working day at present.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you love your purchase but we understand there are reasons you may wish to return your item/s.

If we have made an error with your order, or you have received your order in a damaged or faulty condition, you can return it to us within 14 days of the date you received the item. Please note: Sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (unless these items were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered). We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

How to return a product?

To return an item(s) to us, we request that your package includes a copy of your invoice & a completed copy of our returns form. You can find your returns form on the back of your invoice, which will have been included in your parcel. If you would like to send your order back to us, then please contact our customer service team or send us an email with your order number. 

All returned items must be unopened and in their original packaging (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund.

Refund

All of our items are checked thoroughly before dispatch and lovingly packed, however in the unlikely event an item is faulty, the normal returns procedure will apply and a full refund will be given. If your item is faulty, please email us before returning your goods.

We aim to process refunds within 48 hours of receipt back into our central warehouse.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges as we can not guarantee stock levels at time of receiving your exchange request. If you would like to exchange for an alternative product, we would recommend returning your original order and placing a new order for your preferred item .
