Delivery & Returns
We pride ourselves on offering you the best delivery options we can. Full delivery and return details can be found below. It all sounds a little bit formal so please forgive us, but we just want to make sure you know exactly how it all works. Standard Delivery £3.50 FREE when you spend £30 or more
Order before 2pm - For delivery arriving in 3 - 5 days
Express Delivery £4.95
Order before 2pm - Mon-Fri for delivery arriving in 1 - 2 days (Orders placed on Fri after 2pm, Sat or Sun will arrive by Tuesday.)
*These estimates are on the basis that orders are placed before 2pm Monday-Friday and your products are in stock.
We do not send orders on weekends or Bank Holidays. If you place an order after 2pm on a Friday, it will be processed and sent on the following Monday.
If there is a discrepancy with Royal Mail, we can only issue a refund once an enquiry has been raised with the courier and we have a response from them. This will be issued at our discretion.
We cannot refund or resend orders which have been lost within your workplace. If an order is delivered to your workplace, it is your responsibility to track down the parcel.
We offer Standard delivery services to other countries. After you've entered your delivery address, you'll be able to see the delivery services available.Most of our delivery service are trackable. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link when your order has left the warehouse.
You may be charged for handling fees ,customs or import duties as your order passes through customs once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers). Eric Favre has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you love your purchase but we understand there are reasons you may wish to return your item/s.
If we have made an error with your order, or you have received your order in a damaged or faulty condition, you can return it to us within 14 days of the date you received the item. Please note: Sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (unless these items were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered). We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
How to return a product?
To return an item(s) to us, we request that your package includes a copy of your invoice & a completed copy of our returns form. You can find your returns form on the back of your invoice, which will have been included in your parcel. If you would like to send your order back to us, then please contact our customer service team or send us an email with your order number.
All returned items must be unopened and in their original packaging (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund.
All of our items are checked thoroughly before dispatch and lovingly packed, however in the unlikely event an item is faulty, the normal returns procedure will apply and a full refund will be given. If your item is faulty, please email us before returning your goods.
We aim to process refunds within 48 hours of receipt back into our central warehouse.

We do not currently offer exchanges as we can not guarantee stock levels at time of receiving your exchange request. If you would like to exchange for an alternative product, we would recommend returning your original order and placing a new order for your preferred item .
